½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup peanut butter (sugar-free)
One tablespoon maple syrup (or as per preference)
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ cup almond milk or any other preferred plant-based milk
120 grams of chocolate-flavored whey protein powder (4 scoops)
2/3 cup ground flaxseed
A baking tray or wax paper

Cooking Instructions
Take a medium bowl and combine coconut oil and peanut butter in it. Microwave both ingredients until the oil & butter melt.
Now, add maple syrup and vanilla extract to the mixture. Change the syrup quantity depending on the level of sweetness you prefer.
Blend protein powder, almond milk, and flax seed in a mixing bowl and pour the protein powder into the peanut butter mixture made in the starting.
Stir the mixture to combine it properly till it becomes smooth. Spread to a one-inch thickness on a baking tray or take a wax paper.
Put small scoops of the mixture on the wax paper and refrigerate for an hour.
Next, cut the scoops into rectangles or roll them into balls, and you’re done!
Store the chocolate fudge balls in the fridge and indulge in these tasty treats whenever a snack is desired.
