All Time Favorite – Dry Fruit Ladoo

An easy recipe for those who look for Indian sweets to satiate their sweet tooth.

100 gm Protein Powder

100 gm Coconut Flour

50 gm Oat Flour

Handful of your favorite Dry Fruits

3tbsp Honey

Mix them in a bowl and shape them in sphere to enjoy them mouthful.

For those who enjoy eating pancakes with their favored fruits on the side, try this protein pancakes recipe and enjoy the food.

2 Eggs

3/4 Scoop Protein Powder

1/2 Banana

1/2 Cup Milk

1 tsp Olive Oil

Beat the eggs separately

Add banana and milk in a bowl and then add the beaten eggs. Beat the entire mixture for a minute or two until easy to flow with a whisk.

Add olive oil in a pan and evenly spread the mixture on it, Heat on low flame until done.

You can garnish it with honey, banana and walnuts.
